It has also upgraded safety measurements on the roads to minimize dangerous accidents. In addition to that, the project aims to boost the neighboring economy by creating numerous job opportunities for fellow Calgarians, which would entail them constructing infrastructure elements for the city.
The total cost of the project is estimated at $1.6M, and it is bound to facilitate the operation of vehicles on the roads of Northern Calgary. The project has successfully reached its completion, and due to the recent modifications, the speed limit is reduced to 50 km/h.
